Aston Villa fans have responded to Liverpool star James Milner’s message on social reworking site Twitter regarding the ‘Match for Cancer’ charity game at Celtic Park this weekend.
Liverpool ace Milner has taken to Twitter to look forward to the Match for Cancer at Scottish Premiership club Celtic’s home ground on Saturday.
The 32-year-old former Leeds United, Newcastle United and Manchester City midfielder, who can also operate as a winger or as a full-back, will captain a team managed by current Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.
Stiliyan Petrov will lead the opposition team, which will be managed by current Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers.
Milner is a former Villa player and played with ex-Celtic and former Bulgaria international midfielder Petrov at Villa Park.

The former England international midfielder – who earns £120,000 per week as salary at Liverpool at the moment, according to Spotrac.com – is looking forward to the charity match at Celtic’s home ground on Saturday, and Villa fans have responded positively to his message on Twitter.
