Aston Villa defender Alan Hutton has been at Villa Park since 2011 but his contract is set to expire.
Aston Villa fans believe that Alan Hutton has said goodbye with his latest Instagram post.
The Villa defender, who is heading out of contract this summer, posted a picture on the social media website with the caption: ‘This club will be forever in my heart’.
Although it is yet to be confirmed many Villa fans now think that Hutton will be departing.
The news does not really come as a shock to Villa fans, as Hutton’s influence on Dean Smith’s side has been reduced in recent times.
Smith has already shown a ruthless streak since Villa got promoted, with Albert Adomah being offloaded.
It seems that Hutton could now follow him out the exit door at Villa Park.
Hutton has been with Villa for eight years now, but the claret and blues have big plans after their promotion to the Premier League, and Smith appears to feel that his side will be able to bring in better players this summer.
