The 21-year-old midfielder has reportedly turned down the chance to sign a new contract with Wednesday and will move to Villa on a free transfer.

The Villans, though, will have to pay the Owls a compensation fee, with the report also claiming that Norwich City and Preston North End have shown interest in the youngster.
Clare is a very talented and promising young midfielder who has done well in the handful of first-team matches he has played for Wednesday.
The youngster has also been out on loan to Bury, Accrington Stanley and Gillingham since 2016 and has gone some valuable playing time.
