West Ham United-owned Robert Snodgrass played for Aston Villa against Middlesbrough in the Championship playoff on Saturday.

Aston Villa fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of West Ham United-owned Robert Snodgrass against Middlesbrough.
Snodgrass, who joined Villa on loan from Premier League club West Ham in the summer of 2017, featured for the Villans in their Championship playoff semi-final first-leg tie against Middlesbrough.
The former Leeds United and Norwich City winger started the match at the Riverside Stadium and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Steve Bruce’s side won 1-0.

Mile Jedinak scored the only goal of the match in the 15th minute of the encounter at the Riverside Stadium.
Over the course of the 90 minutes, visitors Villa had 38% of the possession, took 11 shots of which four were on target, and earned four corners, according to BBC Sport.
