Aston Villa signed the winger from Middlesbrough two years ago.

Aston Villa fans are reacting on Twitter to a report linking Albert Adomah with a return to Middlesbrough.
According to Teamtalk, Boro want to sell Adama Traore – the winger Villa swapped for Adomah two years ago – to fund moves for the Ghana international and West Bromwich Albion’s Matt Phillips.

Adomah scored 14 goals and set up five in 42 league games last season, and was named in the Championship’s team of the season in April.
Surely then, the Aston Villa faithful would rather hang on to the 30-year-old in light of Middlesbrough’s alleged interest?
This is what they are saying on Twitter…
Aston Villa’s reportedly desperate financial situation is expected to invite offers for a number of key players this summer.
And with some fans suggesting that Villa inserted a sell on clause into the deal that took Traore to Middlesbrough, the beaten play-off finalists may have added incentive to send Adomah in the same direction.
Should Villa offload the former Middlesbrough winger?
