Aston Villa fans weren’t happy with Leandro Bacuna on Twitter.
Aston Villa failed to get their Championship campaign off to a winning start on Saturday after being held to a 1-1 draw with Hull City at Villa Park.
Gabby Agbonlahor’s seventh-minute opener was the difference between both sides in a tight affair for much of the evening in the West Midlands.
But Jarrod Bowen struck a 63rd-minute equaliser to deny Aston Villa all three points and send the home fans away a little disappointed, it must be said.

Villa vented their post-match frustration on Twitter as a lot of players found themselves in the crosshairs, but none moreso than Leandro Bacuna.
The 25-year-old was removed by Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce on the 70th-minute mark in favour of Andre Green, prompting ironic cheers from the home support.
And the reaction to Bacuna’s performance hasn’t been much better on social media than it was in the stadium.
