McGinn was in action for Villa in the Premier League game against Liverpool at Villa Park on Saturday afternoon.
The 25-year-old midfielder started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the Villans lost 2-1.
The Scotland international midfielder was superb for the Villans, as he drove from midfield, helped out in defence, and was a constant problem for the Liverpool midfielders.
According to WhoScored, the Scotland international played one key pass, had a pass accuracy of 76.5%, won one header, took 48 touches, attempted four dribbles, and made four tackles, three interceptions and four clearances.
McGinn has made 11 appearances in the Premier League for Liverpool so far this season, scoring three goals and providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
