Aston Villa have signed four centre-backs so far this summer.

Aston Villa fans think that Dean Smith may just have hinted that he could change formation this season.
Villa have signed four centre-backs this summer, with Bjorn Engels their latest addition.
Smith has told the club’s official website that he could play ‘two or three centre halves at a time’.
And Villa supporters are starting to think that they could switch to a 3-5-2 formation this season.
If Villa do opt to pick a system which incorporates three central defenders it looks likely that Tyrone Mings’s place will be assured.
Beyond that though there is fierce competition, as Kortney Hause, Engels, Ezri Konsa and James Chester will all want one of the places.
Villa have been the most active side in the transfer window so far this season in the Premier League, with Smith strengthening their squad considerably.
The claret and blues kick their top flight campaign off with a match against Tottenham Hotspur in early August.
