Dean Smith’s side were held to a 1-1 draw at Leeds United on Sunday, having won their previous 10 games before going to Elland Road.
Tuanzebe has been a revelation at Aston Villa since joining on a season-long loan from Manchester United.
The 21-year-old was impervious in defence against the Whites and, along with Tyrone Mings, ensured that Patrick Bamford barely had a sniff at goal all afternoon.

Given that Villa won 10 in a row before Sunday, it makes you wonder whether Dean Smith’s side – who will be competing in the playoffs next month – could have pushed for automatic promotion had the United starlet been fit.
He missed over three months of Aston Villa’s season and only returned in March, along with Jack Grealish who had also been sidelined since December.
Fans of the West Midlands side will be desperate to see him stay at Villa Park beyond this summer but it remains to be seen if that’s realistic. Tuanzebe earns around £260,000 per year at Old Trafford [Spotrac].
