Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce was in defiant mood after his side picked up a victory last night.

Steve Bruce may not have done himself any favours in his battle to win Aston Villa fans over with his comments after the claret and blues’ victory last night.
Villa beat Rotherham United 2-0, and Bruce was defiant in his post-match talks.
The veteran boss has come under criticism for Villa’s poor results and performances of late.
But Bruce fired back at Villa fans who have been critical of him after the victory.
He said to the Express and Star: “I hope it shuts a few up. But I doubt it.”
The comments have not gone down well with Villa supporters, who feel that Bruce has overstepped the mark.
And Villa fans have been highly critical of the post-match comments on social media website Twitter.
Villa may have moved up into sixth place in the Championship table, but the pressure is still not totally off Bruce.
There is an expectation that performances will improve at Villa Park as the season progresses, otherwise the crowd could still threaten to turn on the former Hull boss.
