Aston Villa midfielder Mile Jedinak has hardly featured since Dean Smith arrived at the club in October.

Aston Villa supporters provided mixed views on Twitter to midfielder Mile Jedinak being spotted with the Crystal Palace fans during the London club’s Premier League encounter on Wednesday night.
Roy Hodgson’s side were the first official opposition to play at Tottenham’s new stadium and it seems the attraction of it all caught the eye of Villa’s senior man.
Here is a Palace supporter posting a picture of Jedinak in the stands with the away fans:
Prior to joining Villa in 2016, Jedinak was an integral part of the Palace team that earned promotion from the Championship and then maintained their status in the Premier League.
Therefore, it isn’t a surprise that he is seen in big regard by the London club, who could be coming up against Villa next season if the latter can earn promotion.
Nonetheless, one Villa supporter said ‘fair play’ to Jedinak for sitting with the Palace faithful given his legendary status at the club.
Here is a selection of Aston Villa fans reacting to Jedinak being with the Palace fans:
Jedinak played a key part in then Steve Bruce’s Villa reaching the play-off final last season before they were beaten by Fulham, who have since been relegated from the Premier League.
At this moment in time, Dean Smith’s side occupy the final play-off spot and they could potentially find themselves going to Wembley once again in May.
