The 28-year-old is reportedly a target for the Tigers who want to bolster a thread-bare squad.

Aston Villa’s Micah Richards
Poor old Micah Richards, he just can’t catch a break. Injury-prone and his Manchester City career on the scrapheap, a move to Aston Villa last summer was supposed to kick-start his career, but it’s only gotten worse.
Presiding over the shambles of the Villans’ Premier League campaign as captain, Villa were dumped out of the top flight for the first time since 1987 with Richards’ below-par performances in particular bearing the brunt of Villa fans’ anger.
But there could be salvation for the 28-year-old in the form of Hull City, who are prepared to offer the defender a lifeline back to the Premier League to add much needed faces to their injury-ravaged squad according to the Daily Mail.
And judging by Villa fans’ reactions on Twitter, they’d be absolutely delighted to offload the former England international who failed to make the grade at Villa Park.
@philgwilliam87 I heard @MicahRichards was a professional footballer
