Aston Villa fans are concerned over Jack Grealish’s form, after another below-par showing from the attacking midfielder yesterday.
Grealish was one of the outstanding talents in the Championship last term, but the Villa man just hasn’t really got going this season.
After a summer of speculation over his future, Grealish stuck with Villa, but the youngster is yet to show his top form.
And Villa fans are concerned that something has gone wrong with the 22-year-old, who is not having the same impact that he did last term.
Despite Grealish’s off colour display, Villa were still able to pick up the victory against Rotherham United.
The claret and blues picked up a 2-0 victory in the contest, with goals coming from Tammy Abraham and Yannick Bolasie.
Steve Bruce was in defiant form after the match, following criticism directed at him in recent weeks, following Villa’s six-game winless streak.
Villa are now up into sixth place in the Championship table, although there are teams around them with games in hand.
