Aston Villa drew for the fourth game in a row as they came from behind to claim a 1-1 draw with Newcastle United at Villa Park.
Villa had drawn five games in their last six heading into the contest, and they looked to be heading towards a defeat as defender Tommy Elphick scored an own goal on 28 minutes to put Newcastle in front.

Newcastle went on to dominate most of the game and had a number of chances to make it 2-0, but were left to rue those missed chances as Aaron Tshibola swooped with an 88th minute header to rescue a point for Villa.
Villa have still won just one game this season, but have lost just twice as they struggle to turn draws into wins under manager Roberto Di Matteo.
