Another Tim Sherwood signing departs Aston Villa.
Aston Villa’s Adama Traore looks dejected
Adama Traore left Aston Villa to sign for Middlesbrough yesterday, clinching a surprise move, with The BBC reporting he agreed a four-year deal to sign for an undisclosed fee.
Traore signed for Villa last summer from Barcelona’s academy, but struggled with injuries and when he was fit, failed to make is mark on a relegation bound team.
The winger is an unlikely player to clinch an immediate return to the Premier League based on last season.

Traore is just 20, and had played just 16 minutes of Championship football this season for Villa.
The previous campaign he did not start a league match, making 10 substitute appearances for a combined 184 minutes of action.
In a separate deal, Middlesbrough sold winger Albert Adomah to Aston Villa, and also released Mustapha Carayol to join Nottingham Forest.
Middlesbrough’s Albert Adomah
Middlesbrough have strengthened well this summer in key areas upon their return to the top flight, and can afford to take a gamble on a talented prospect like Traore, and they currently sit sixth in the table after three games.
