The Everton winger struggled to impress at Aston Villa.

Aston Villa fans are reacting to the news that Yannick Bolasie has returned to Everton six months early.
Winger Bolasie moved to Villa Park on a season-long loan in August, but only started nine of his 21 appearances in claret and blue.
From those, he scored two and assisted five goals, although the Everton loanee’s most recent ontribution came more than a month ago, when he set up Jonathan Kodjia’s equaliser in Aston Villa’s 2-2 draw against Stoke.
So are those of a Villa persuasion sad to see Bolasie go? This is what they’re saying on Twitter…
It was reported last year that Aston Villa were covering all of Bolasie’s £70,000-a-week wages (Birmingham Mail)
If true, getting rid of the DR Congo international could free up funds with which to strengthen in the final weeks of the January transfer window.
There is some confusion however over whether it was Aston Villa or indeed Bolasie who instigated his early return to Everton.

Would the Everton man have come good for Aston Villa?
