Alan Hutton started for Aston Villa during their clash against Queens Park Rangers in the Championship.

Aston Villa supporters on Twitter have had enough of defender Alan Hutton following his performance during the 2-2 draw against QPR on New Year’s Day.
The 34-year-old started at left-back for Dean Smith’s side for the fifth consecutive game as Villa dropped valuable points in their race for promotion.
Striker Tammy Abraham had given his side the lead after 20 minutes before the visitors levelled just before the break through Luke Freeman.
Eze had given his side the lead early in the second half, with Abraham netting his second goal of the match as Villa conceded more goals on home soil.
Villa supporters were critical of Hutton’s positional play and his poor sense of defending as Villa have conceded seven goals on home soil in their last three matches.
One fan stated that the former Scotland international has ‘stolen a living’, while others called for Smith to drop him from the starting XI.

Wales international Neil Taylor is Villa’s only recognised left-back, but he has not played for the club since his side’s 2-2 draw at West Brom at the start of December.
Smith’s side have now fallen further behind the promotion pack as they are five points behind Frank Lampard’s Derby, who occupy the final playoff spot.
