Some Aston Villa fans have suggested that they would take Josh Onomah back from Tottenham Hotspur.

The Daily Mail have reported that Onomah is one of eight players that Spurs are willing to sell this summer, and Villa know him very well.

The youngster spent a season on loan at Villa in 2017/18, and he showed flashes of quality.

Onomah still hasn’t been able to break into Tottenham’s team, which means that he could be looking for a new club this summer.

And there is a section of claret and blues supporters who would like to see Onomah back at Villa Park.

Onomah made 37 appearances for Villa during his loan spell, scoring on four occasions.

Onomah spent last season out on loan at Sheffield Wednesday, but did not make much of an impact at Hillsborough, where he made 14 appearances.
