Jack Grealish will be hoping to guide Aston Villa to the Premier League this season.

Aston Villa fans have hit back at Gareth Southgate after he suggested that Jack Grealish needs to be playing Premier League football in order to earn an England cap.
The Three Lions manager, who guided his country to the semi-final of the World Cup in Russia last summer, has been applauded for picking a number of youngsters in his squad in recent seasons.
Grealish’s name has cropped up on many occasions in regards to earning an England call-up, but Southgate felt that it’s ‘hard’ to judge his performances in the Championship to those playing in the top-tier, as quoted by the Telegraph.
Some Villa fans didn’t take too well to his comments, with some mentioning that Chelsea’s Callum Hudson-Odoi has played fewer Premier League matches than Grealish.
Others questioned why Derby County’s Mason Mount, who plays in a simillar position to Grealish, earned a call-up by Southgate earlier on in the campaign.
Another Villa supporter claimed that Grealish will get his first call-up when he’s ‘warming Spurs’ bench’, with the London club constantly linked with the 23-year-old.

The Mirror claim that Tottenham are preparing to re-ignite their interest in Grealish once again after failing to land his signature last summer.
Here is a selection of Villa fans reacting on Twitter to Southgate’s comments about Grealish:
At this moment in time, Villa are sitting sixth in the Championship table and they have a big chance of securing a play-off spot if they continue their good run of form after the international break.
Dean Smith’s side have won four games on the bounce and they will be looking to maintain their top-six status when they welcome Blackburn Rovers to Villa Park on Saturday.
