Aston Villa managed to pick up a 2-0 victory over Bolton, with James Chester impressing.

Chester acrobatically protected Villa’s goal when Jack Hobbs’ almost scored an equaliser from Bolton.
The Welsh international miraculously cleared from under his own crossbar, and the fact that he kept the ball away from the centre-back was even a shock to himself.
“Having played with Jack, I had an inkling where the header was going, which helped me to be in the right place,” Chester said.
“But I did surprise myself with how high I got my foot, I must admit! I knew it was close to the line.”
Villa ended up winning 2-0 against Bolton, with Chester scoring the second goal in the match.

The defender headed home from a set piece, as Villa picked up an important three points.
Chester’s form has dipped in recent times, but he was back to his best against Bolton.
Villa are now up to 14th place in the Championship table, with Dean Smith’s side next in action against in-form Derby County at the weekend.
