Aston Villa want to raid Celtic for their young talent Ewan Otoo with Fulham and Championship club Burnley also understood to be interested.
Villa have been recruiting young players for a while now, placing a keen focus on their developmental ranks.
The likes of Sil Swinkels, Lamare Bogarde, Kerr Smith, Louie Barry and Ben Chrisene have all arrived in recent years with Villa looking to develop young talent.
That approach is likely to continue and the Daily Mail now claim that Villa fancy signing Celtic talent Ewan Otoo.
Otoo, 20, is understood to be a target for Villa’s Premier League rivals Fulham, as well as Championship side Burnley.
It’s stated that Otoo is out of contract at the end of the season and Celtic are now in a battle to keep him.

Who is Celtic talent and Aston Villa target Otoo?
Otoo was born in Glasgow but is also able to play for Ghana at international level as well as Scotland.
Otoo first joined the Celtic ranks at the age of just eight and worked his way up to signing a first professional contract with the Bhoys in 2019.
The 20-year-old has yet to make his first-team debut for Celtic though and may believe that it’s time to move on in search of senior minutes.
Otoo is Celtic’s B team captain and has now bagged one goal and two assists in 17 appearances.
A centre back who can also play in holding midfield, Otoo looks to be an exciting talent for Celtic but they now risk losing him.
The Bhoys have already lost a number of young players to Premier League clubs of late.
Josh Adam joined Manchester City, Ben Doak made a big move to Liverpool and goalkeeper Rory Mahady quit Celtic for Leeds.
Celtic must now hope that Otoo doesn’t follow suit, but the youngster may well fancy moving on if there isn’t a first-team pathway at Parkhead.
