Dean Smith opted not to start Jonathan Kodjia for Aston Villa in the play off semi-final.

Aston Villa fans are eager to see Jonathan Kodjia start the play off final against Derby County.
Dean Smith has opted not to start Kodjia for Villa in either of the play off games so far.
Both Albert Adomah and Andre Green were preferred to Kodjia for Villa against West Bromwich Albion in the semi-final, but neither massively impressed.
Villa only scored one goal from open play in their two games against West Brom.
And claret and blues fans feel that they will threaten Derby more if Kodjia is brought into their starting line-up.
Kodjia, who is on a £35,000-a-week contract at Villa Park (Daily Mirror), has scored nine goals in the Championship so far this term.
The Ivorian is a major threat to defences on his day, but Smith is blessed with options going forward.
Villa and Derby meet in the play off final on Monday at Wembley.
