Boubacar Kamara could return for Aston Villa in time to play in Unai Emery’s first game against Manchester United next month.
Villa have appointed a new manager with Unai Emery appointed on Monday night.
Emery has made the move from Villarreal to Villa Park after the sacking of Steven Gerrard just four days earlier.
Emery will now hope for better fortunes than his predecessor and he appears to be receiving an early boost.

Boubacar Kamara could return for Aston Villa
The Athletic report that Villa midfielder Boubacar Kamara is actually ‘ahead of schedule’ in his recovery from injury.
Kamara sadly suffered knee ligament damage in the 1-0 win over Southampton back in September.
It was expected that Kamara would be missing for two months but he could be back even sooner now.
Kamara is allegedly making ‘encouraging progress’ and is expected to be fit for France’s World Cup campaign if called up.
The report even adds that Kamara could be available to play against Manchester United on November 6th.
That is set to be Unai Emery’s first game in charge of Villa once his work permit issues have been sorted out.
Emery will only take charge from November 1st meaning he won’t be in the dugout for this weekend’s game against Newcastle United.
Kamara will now be hoping to ramp up his recovery and give himself a chance to make a huge impression in the early stages of the Emery era.
Kamara, 22, was showing promise in the Villa side and looked to be a holding midfielder with real potential.
To suffer an injury so soon into his Villa career was a big blow, especially after Kamara was given the big sell of being a ‘fantastic’ player according to Gerrard.
The hope now is that Kamara can push on and fulfil his potential at Villa, with Emery surely giving him a key role in his Villa team moving forward.
