But Aston Villa could have Gary Garnder and Scott Hogan back this month.
Aston Villa manager Steve Bruce
Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce has revealed the extend of Andre Green’s injury.
Green has started the Villans last two Championship fixtures, impressing as his side recorded back-to-back wins.
The teenage winger was forced off four minutes before the end of Tuesday’s Bristol City success, however, with Bruce confirming afterwards the player had ‘nicked a hamstring’.
Initially, the 56-year-old was unable to put a timeframe of Green’s absence, but confirmed via Villa’s official Twitter account on Friday that the club will be without him for at least a month.

Midfielder Gary Gardner was also forced off against the Robins, while January signing Scott Hogan has missed the Villans’ last two games with an ankle injury.
“Andre could be out for at least a month,” Bruce said. “Gary could be the game after next. Scott is good news – could be two weeks.”
Villa host bottom side Rotherham United on Saturday, before difficult fixtures against top-six pair Huddersfield Town and Sheffield Wednesday.
Bruce has seen his options boosted by the return of midfielder Mile Jedinak in recent weeks, after Villa failed to win any of the six games the Australian missed, losing five.
And the manager added: “Mile Jedinak has helped us and made us better defensively. It’s good to see him back and he’s been excellent.”
