Aston Villa will face Wigan Athletic on Saturday.
Villa will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Wigan away from home in the Championship.
Manager Smith has suggested that 28-year-old midfielder Lansbury could miss the game with a hamstring injury.
Smith told The Birmingham Mail about Lansbury: “Henri has a tight hamstring, which he picked up from his twenty or so minutes last week.
“He’s the only one who is a doubt, everyone else has come through training really well this week. We’ve got players on the comeback trail. He looked really bright (v Swansea).
“I don’t know at the moment, it’s just a tight hamstring. I won’t rule him out for Saturday, but we’ll have a good chat with the medical staff and see how he is.”
Disappointment for Henri Lansbury
Lansbury has had injury concerns this season, and the former Nottingham Forest midfielder has played just eight minutes in the Championship so far this season, according to WhoScored.
It will be a huge disappointment for the former Arsenal midfielder if he is unable to be in contention for the game against Wigan.

Villa will head into the match against Wigan on the back of a 3-0 defeat to Swansea City away from home at Villa Park in the third round of the FA Cup.
The Villans are 10th in the Championship table at the moment with 38 points from 26 matches, five points behind sixth-placed Derby County.
