Manchester City midfielder Aaron Mooy is said to be of interest to Aston Villa… but he is in-demand.

Aston Villa are surely fighting a losing battle, if they are to attempt to sign Aaron Mooy from Manchester City now.
Villa’s interest in Mooy has been reported from Australian website The World Game. However, Mooy now has a whole host of clubs tracking him.
The combative central midfielder has been one of the stars, as Huddersfield Town have earned promotion to the Premier League.

Mooy made 51 appearances for the Terriers over the past campaign, and he scored on four occasions.
Huddersfield are now looking to bring Mooy in permanently, but they face competition for the midfielder’s signature.

Crystal Palace and Newcastle United all also want Mooy (The World Game), and Southampton are the latest club to be linked with the 26-year-old (The Sun).
Villa, therefore, are surely set to miss out on signing the impressive midfield – with his future looking set to lie in the Premier League.
