Leeds suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Villa at Elland Road in the Premier League on Thursday evening.
Former Manchester United winger Young came on as a substitute in the 86th minute.
The Englishman is pleased with the win, and he has also sent a message to the Leeds fans for their reception.
Given the rivalry between Leeds and Manchester United, you can imagine the reception that the Elland Road faithful gave to Young.

Leeds were defensively poor and really struggled to put Villa under pressure at the other end.
