The French side are hoping to get their hands on the national team captain.
Tottenham’s Hugo Lloris during training
Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris placated fears over his long-term future at the club last year. In December he signed a new deal at the club which will keep him at Spurs until 2022.
He is the club’s captain and considered one of the world’s best goalkeepers, so the new deal was welcomed universally at the club.
However, it has apparently not put off one team who want Lloris to be theirs.
According to Les Parisien, Lloris remains a major transfer target for Paris Saint-Germain in the upcoming transfer window.
PSG have struggled to find a goalkeeper they can rely on since joining the mega-rich elite. Italian Salvatore Sirigu did not do the job and Kevin Trapp has failed to impress regularly.

PSG would love to have the national captain of France between the sticks and have the money to tempt Spurs into a sale.
It was also recently reported by the Daily Mail that PSG want former Tottenham recruitment chief Paul Mitchell to join their staff, which will add fuel to the flames.
But Spurs fans will trust that Lloris will honour his contract with the club and continue to lead Spurs into their new period of success.
