Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane may not have turned up to training today, but Pierre-Emile Højbjerg and Giovani Lo Celso arrived early.
The day has been dominated by Kane’s decision to not turn up for training at Hotspur Way this morning.
Kane was supposed to report for training after an extended break following his commitments with England at Euro 2020.
However, Tottenham’s talismanic striker didn’t attend as he attempts to force a move away from Spurs, most likely to Manchester City.
Tottenham fans have been left rocked by Kane’s decision, but two Spurs players actually turned up for training earlier than planned.
Midfielders Højbjerg and Lo Celso were both given extended breaks like Kane, given that Højbjerg played for Denmark deep into Euro 2020 and Lo Celso won Copa America with Argentina.

They seemingly turned up for training over the weekend rather than only reporting this morning, showing the sort of commitment and desire Spurs fans will love.
Kane may not have been there, but some players are looking to make a real impact under Nuno Espirito Santo – proof that life goes on even if Kane isn’t turning up.
