Everton are reportedly keen on Burnley manager Sean Dyche.

Pundit Alan McInally has told Sky Sports that he thinks Burnley boss Sean Dyche is a superb manager, but isn’t sure whether he is what Everton need right now.
Burnley claimed just their second home win of the season on Monday night, as Jeff Hendrick’s goal handed the Clarets a 1-0 win over Newcastle United at Turf Moor.
The win came at a time in which manager Dyche is being linked with a move away from Turf Moor, with Premier League rivals Everton understood to be keen on his services.

The Toffees sacked manager Ronald Koeman last week, and with Sky Sports claiming that an approach for Dyche could be lodged this week, the Burnley boss could be leaving Lancashire soon.
Dyche, 46, has won 40% of his games as Burnley manager since taking over in 2012, whilst he has won two promotions from the Championship and established Burnley as a solid Premier League side.
His brand of football may be somewhat direct, but Dyche has excelled as Burnley manager, and his record at Turf Moor may well help him land the Everton job if reports are to be believed.
Alan McInally
Now, with Everton seemingly preparing a move for Dyche, pundit Alan McInally has offered his view to Sky Sports, suggesting that the Burnley manager is ‘fabulous’ and has done an incredible job with the Clarets.
McInally did though add that he doesn’t know whether Dyche is exactly what Everton need right now, but he may find the money and the size of the club too great to turn down if Everton do come calling.
“He’s a fabulous manager, he really is,” said McInally. “The job he’s done at Burnley is quite incredible, considering that he doesn’t spend any money, in terms of what the Premier League managers have spent.”
“I don’t know if he’s the right manager for Everton, I don’t know what Everton need, but they need something drastic. I don’t know whether Sean might be looking at the situation thinking ‘I don’t know if Everton are in a worse position than we’re in right now’. The only thing is that Everton have big money behind them, they’re a huge football club, half a beating heart of a city, almost,” he added.
