Arsenal face Leeds United on Sunday, and the Gunners will be viewing this game a great opportunity to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table.

The north London club currently sit at the top of the table, but they will extend their lead to four points with a win at Elland Road, and with Manchester City heading to Arsenal later in the day, this could be a great chance for Arsenal to gain a stranglehold on their top spot.

Of course, beating Leeds at Elland Road is easier said than done. This is the same team that beat Chelsea 3-0 earlier this season, and their ravenous fanbase make this ground one of the most difficult stadiums to in England to visit.

With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting Arsenal’s starting XI for this one.

We think that Mikel Arteta will make a massive six changes from the side that beat Bodo/Glimt in midweek.

Arsenal, of course, fielded a hugely rotated side in the Europa League, so we think he’ll return to what is arguably his strongest available XI here.

Aaron Ramsdale returns in goal, while Gabriel Magalhaes returns to the heart of the defence.

In the midfield, both Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey come back into the team, while Reiss Nelson drops out of this side with Gabriel Martinelli returning down the left flank.

Eddie Nketiah put in a decent enough shift in Europe, but Gabriel Jesus is more than likely going to start here despite his frightening injury against Liverpool last weekend.
