Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to make a claim about Bukayo Saka, after watching last night’s 3-0 win over AFC Wimbledon.
What’s the story?
Well, a number of fans were reacting to Emile Smith Rowe’s goal when they made the claim about Saka.
Just before Arsenal’s No.10 scored the second goal last night, Saka can be seen ghosting in behind Ben Heneghan with some clever movement.
As soon as Arsenal’s No.7 lays the ball off, he is already on the move, and Arsenal fans seem to think that’s been drilled into him.
It’s a movement we see Raheem Sterling make very often at Manchester City, and he scores plenty of tap-ins as a result.
Judging by the footage, it seems Mikel Arteta is trying to coach Saka in a similar way.
Can Bukayo Saka become Raheem Sterling 2.0 at Arsenal?

In our view, Saka can definitely achieve what Sterling has.
It sounds strange to say given his goal record, but Sterling isn’t actually the best finisher around.
As The Analyst detailed in March, the England international’s fine goalscoring record is more down to the positions he takes up rather than the quality of his finishing.
It’s a law of averages situation – the more you make a certain run, the more likely you are to have a tap-in.

What Saka needs to do now is not get disheartened. When making his run last night, the ball didn’t find him on that occasion.
However, the 20-year-old must keep doing it over and over again, as he will get results for his perseverance.
For now, let’s see what the Arsenal fans on Twitter have been saying about Saka’s movement inside the box…
