The Gunners boss says the La Liga duo will be his final signings this summer.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger
Speaking to BBC Sport, Arsene Wenger has confirmed the double signing of Lucas Perez and Shkodran Mustafi but insisted they will be his final signings this summer.
The Gunners boss has come in for heavy criticism this summer for his lack of summer spending while their main rivals have all invested.
He moved to change that with the double deal for La Liga duo Mustafi and Perez, spending over £50 million to bring them to the Emirates.

They were expected for medicals this weekend and the Frenchman has now confirmed the deals are done.
However, any Arsenal fans hoping that more will follow them into the club will be sorely disappointed as Wenger insists their spending is finished.
“We have bought two players Mustafi and Perez,” he told BBC Sport.
“They will integrate into the team now and we will help them join squad. We had to work very hard to get signings done. We have not got any plans for anyone else now.”

It will now be interesting to see what roles that both players have in the Arsenal team moving forward.
Given the lofty price for Mustafi, he is likely to be a first-team regular this season and beyond, especially given their issues in the defensive area at present.
Perez, on the other hand, will have some work to do to get in with Olivier Giroud still very much a favourite of Wenger.
