The Arsenal midfielder has recently returned from an injury lay-off.
Quoted by Goal, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has once again claimed that Aaron Ramsey can be their own version of Frank Lampard.
After a difficult start to life with the Gunners, the Welshman has established himself as a goalscoring midfielder in recent years, hitting double figures in two of his last three seasons.
The 2013/14 season has been his best to date when he managed 16 across all competitions.

His timing has been the major improvement he has shown, with him showing an ability to arrive in the box at the perfect moment.
That led Wenger to describe him as ‘Lampardish’ and he has now repeated that comparison two years later.
“He drives and pushes the team forward and that is exactly what we want in our side,” Goal quotes him as saying.
“He is Lampard-ish you know. He likes to get in the box and shoot from distance. They have similar qualities.”

Wenger will now be hoping to get Ramsey back into his team and among the goals this season.
The Welshman is yet to open his account for the campaign meaning he has managed just three appearances and 149 minutes of football in all competitions so far.
He has not been missed in that time, with the Gunners currently level on points at the top of the Premier League but the Arsenal manager will be keen to get him back in and scoring goals again to help their title push.
