West Ham United’s move to the London Stadium has been far from a happy one.
Quoted by ESPN, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has advised West Ham they must be patient with the London Stadium.
The Hammers move to their new home at the beginning of this season, departing their lifelong home of Upton Park in the process.
The switch has not been a happy one for them, though, with Slaven Bilic’s side failing to adapt to their new surroundings this far.

Off the pitch, there have also been issues as fans have clashed in the stands and serious questions have been raised about the stadium’s suitability overall.
This year was always going to be a strange one for the fans at their new ground and Wenger, who experienced a similar situation when Arsenal moved to the Emirates, has advised them to remain patient.
“It’s a bit like when we moved to the Emirates,” ESPN quotes him as saying.
“You feel a bit like you’re playing on neutral ground for a while,” Wenger said at his news conference on Friday. It takes a few years because you have to make memories and build a little history.”
West Ham’s Olympic Stadium v Domizale
West Ham’s home form has certainly been disappointing this season; they have picked up just eight points from their first six games.
Fixing that will be key to them turning their season around and pulling away from the current relegation battle they find themselves in.
This weekend would be the ideal time to do that, with them taking on Arsenal, a team they have not beaten at home since 2006. Ending that record could provide the perfect boost they need to get their campaign underway.
