Arsenal face another tough task this weekend as they host Wolves at the Emirates in a game that they will be desperate to win.

The Gunners have been out of sorts as of late, failing to win either of their last two league games against Leeds United and Aston Villa.

The Gunners haven’t scored an open play goal in the Premier League since early October now, and their bluntness in attack is something Mikel Arteta will need to address if they’re to get anything against Nuno Espirito Santo’s side.

Of course, the first step towards fixing Arsenal’s problems on the pitch is picking the best possible team for the task, and we’ve had a go at predicting Arsenal’s starting XI against Wolves.

We’ve predicted Mikel Arteta to make a massive nine changes from their win against Molde on Thursday evening.

The back five reverts back to what we saw against Leeds last week, meaning that everyone who started on Thursday either drops to the bench or out of the squad completely.

The midfield double pivot of Dani Ceballos and Granit Xhaka are reunited, as Arteta again reverts back to what he used against Leeds.

Nicolas Pepe drops out of the starting XI due to the fact he is suspended after headbutting Ezgjan Alioski last week, with Willian moving across to fill in for him.

Joe Willock retains his place in the attacking midfield position, while Bukayo Saka plays down the left.

Up top, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang plays through the middle rather than on the wing, a move that would certainly be welcomed by many Arsenal supporters.
