Arsenal play what is arguably going to be their most pointless game of the season on Thursday as they face Dundalk in a dead rubber Europa League tie.
Despite their poor start to the season in the Premier League, the Gunners have already secured top spot in their Europa League group, so the result of this match really doesn’t mean anything.
As ever, there will be massive temptation for Mikel Arteta to rotate his side heavily for this one in order to rest his stars for what is an increasingly important game against Burnley this weekend.
With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting the Gunners’ starting XI for this game.

We expect Mikel Arteta to fully rotate his starting XI for this one.
The back five is largely the same as we saw in Arsenal’s last Europa League game, but with Calum Chambers coming in for Shkodran Mustafi who makes the bench for this one.
The midfield pivot is also the same as we saw against Rapid Vienna as Ainsley Maitland-Niles partners Mohamed Elneny in the heart of the midfield.
On the wings we have Nicolas Pepe and Reiss Nelson coming in for Willian and Bukayo Saka, while Emile Smith-Rowe plays as the number 10.
Up top, Eddie Nketiah starts his sixth Europa League game of the season.
