Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka has simply described Tottenham Hotspur as a ‘rival’ when asked for the first word which comes to mind when he hears their name.

In an interview conducted by Match Magazine, Saka was given a number of topics, when he had to respond with the first word which came to his mind.

When asked about Mikel Arteta, Saka responded with the word ‘boss’.

He described Arsenal as ‘family’ and then Thierry Henry as a ‘legend’.

But when asked about Tottenham, Saka summed them up by using the word ‘rival’.

Tottenham and Arsenal have both underperformed so far this season, in truth.

Tottenham look set to finish above Arsenal in the Premier League, but neither have been able to trouble the top four.

In North London derbies the two sides have finished with one win a piece.

Tottenham won 2-0 at their home ground early on in the season, but Arsenal got their revenge at the Emirates Stadium more recently.

Arsenal still do have hopes of lifting silverware this term, unlike Tottenham, as they remain in the Europa League.
