Arsenal want Youri Tielemans but their stalling over a move means Leicester City are unable to sign PSV Eindhoven star Ibrahim Sangare.
Leicester want new signings this summer after a somewhat disappointing Premier League campaign last season.
The Foxes are looking to sell players to raise funds though and players like Caglar Soyuncu, Ayoze Perez, Hamza Choudhury and Jannik Vestergaard could go.
Another potential sale is that of Tielemans given that he is out of contract in 2023 – but main suitor Arsenal have yet to make their move.

The Gunners were heavily linked with Tielemans earlier this summer but then went and signed Porto star Fabio Vieira to boost their midfield.
Some wondered whether that was the end of Arsenal’s interest in Tielemans but recent reports have given new life to the rumours.
The Sun claimed last week that Arsenal are making their move for Tielemans and are confident of securing a £30million deal.
Fabrizio Romano even reported that Tielemans is expecting to sign for Arsenal this summer after their long-standing interest.
Leicester won’t want to lose the Belgian for nothing next summer so Arsenal appear to have a real chance at a reasonable deal.
Yet whilst Arsenal seemingly weigh up the right time to make their bid, Leicester’s own business is being impacted.
The Sun report that Leicester want to sign PSV midfielder Ibrahima Sangare but they risk missing out.
Leicester can’t bid for £30million-rated Sangare until a deal is done for Tielemans to leave, with Sangare now considering signing a new PSV deal instead.
Leicester certainly won’t want to lose Tielemans and then miss out on Sangare too, so we could see some movement over the coming week.
Arsenal will be aware of Leicester’s desire to secure Sangare though and will be hoping to use that as leverage to secure the cheapest possible deal for Tielemans whilst adding quality to their midfield.
