Fabrizio Romano has claimed on Twitter that Arsenal winger Willian will join Corinthians.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported that Willian will fly to Brazil tomorrow to sign for Corinthians.
The former Chelsea star, who can also play as an attacking midfielder, will sign for the Brazilian club until June 2023, according to Romano.
No big loss for Arsenal?
Willian struggled to make a huge impact at Arsenal after signing on a free transfer last summer.
The 33-year-old joined the Gunners after leaving Chelsea and was expected to be a big success at the Emirates Stadium.
However, Willian could not score too many goals and did not create too any chances.

The Brazilian made 16 starts and nine substitute appearances in the Premier League last season.
The Arsenal attacker scored one goal and gave five assists in those games.
Willian also made three starts and six substitute appearances in the Europa League for Mikel Arteta’s side, providing two assists in the process.
Described by Arsenal’s Technical Director Edu as a player who has “a lot of fantastic attributes” on the club’s official website in August 2020, Willian simply could not meet the expectations at the Emirates Stadium.
It is safe to say that Arsenal fans will not miss Willian at all.
