Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Graham Potter’s Chelsea are interested in signing Eduardo Camavinga from Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid in the January transfer window, according to 90min.
The report published this morning has claimed that both Arsenal and Chelsea have asked Real Madrid about the availability of Camavinga.
Madrid, who won La Liga and the UEFA Champions League last season, want to keep the £128,000-a-week (SalarySport) midfielder and will not send him out on loan.
The France international midfielder himself wants to stay at the Santiago Bernabeu and is not looking to leave Madrid in the January transfer window, according to the report.

Eduardo Camavinga blow for Arsenal and Chelsea
In our view, Eduardo Camavinga is not going to leave Real Madrid for Arsenal or Chelsea anytime soon.
Yes, the 20-year-old is not guaranteed a place in the Madrid starting lineup right now, but he is a long-term prospect for Los Blancos.
And he is only 20.
Madrid will need to call upon the Frenchman in the coming weeks and months, as Ancelotti cannot expect the ageing Luka Modric and Toni Kroos to play all the way.
It is quite ambitious of Arsenal and Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly to try to sign Camavinga on a loan deal this month, but we think that the London clubs should look elsewhere for midfield reinforcements.
