A report has surfaced that claims that Brighton & Hove Albion are aiming to complete a transfer for Arsenal forward Reiss Nelson in the summer.
Hailed as a player with ‘amazing technique’, the £38,000-a-week man (Salary Sport) has played a key role in the Gunners’ title challenge off the bench.
As Brighton & Hove Albion have a shot at qualifying for Europe next season, however, they have set their sights on a transfer for Arsenal forward Reiss Nelson.

The 23-year-old showcased his class in Arsenal’s 5-0 demolition of Nottingham Forest in October, replacing Bukayo Saka and managing to score a brilliant brace in the process.
However, Nelson well and truly grabbed the headlines in his side’s 3-2 win against Nottingham Forest, dispatching a left-footed half-volley from outside the box to score the winner in style.
It seems Brighton have taken a note of how much of an asset Reiss Nelson has been to Arsenal, with the Daily Mail reporting that they are interested in getting a transfer over the line.
To add to that, Roberto De Zerbi’s side are keen on adding more firepower to add to their squad ahead of the following campaign, with the Englishman viewed as a target that fits the bill for this very reason.

As heart-warming as it has been to witness Nelson emerge into an unlikely hero for his boyhood club, his chances of displacing either Bukayo Saka or Gabriel Martinelli in the side in the long-term seem impossible.
On the other hand, Reiss Nelson could stake a claim to be a starter for Brighton instead of at Arsenal, which is why he should accept a potential transfer to get regular game time.
At 23 years old, the Hale End graduate should look to get frequent minutes and display why he has always been extremely highly-rated.
