Arsenal scouted Red Bull Salzburg playmaker Oscar Gloukh during the international break amid interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
Oscar Gloukh is a wanted man with Arsenal and Manchester United both scouting the Red Bull Salzburg talent.
That is according to a report from The Sun, who claim that Gloukh was scouted by the two Premier League giants in the international break.
Gloukh earned Israel a 1-1 draw with Romania last weekend as he found the net before playing the full 90 minutes against Belarus.
Arsenal and United will have been impressed with Gloukh finding the net and may well believe that he has huge potential.

Who is Arsenal target Oscar Gloukh?
Gloukh spent time in the Maccabi Sha’arayim ranks as a kid before moving on to one of Israel’s biggest clubs in Maccabi Tel Aviv.
An attacking midfield player, Gloukh bagged nine goals in 36 first-team games whilst emerging as a real wonderkid.
Gloukh dazzled at the Under-19 European Championships last summer and even scored against England in the final.
Those performances really put Gloukh on the radar of top clubs and Red Bull Salzburg managed to secure a January deal.
Gloukh is now impressing in Austria too, racking up three assists and one goal in just eight games to start the new season.
The 19-year-old seems destined for a big future and has been hailed as a ‘fantastic’ player by Israel captain Eli Dasa.

Keep an eye on Tottenham Hotspur
Arsenal may well fancy luring Gloukh to North London but they could face competition from rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
The Sunday Mirror (10/07/2022, p74) reported that Tottenham thought they were in the lead to sign Gloukh for £10million.
Gloukh ended up heading to Salzburg but the Spurs rumours persist with The Guardian claiming Tottenham and Arsenal interest in July.
Tottenham already have one Israel international in their squad with Manor Solomon arriving over the summer.
Joining forces with Solomon may well appeal to Gloukh, whose technical and attacking abilities seem like a good fit for Ange Postecoglou.
