Arsenal reportedly want 26-year-old who has a blistering change of pace

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Arsenal are among the clubs interested in signing Federico Bernardeschi from Juventus in the summer transfer window.

The report in the Italian publication has also claimed of interest in the Italy international from Manchester United and Chelsea.

It has been claimed that the 26-year-old, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, wants more playing time at Juventus next season due to the European Championship next summer, but the Bianconeri cannot guarantee that.

The report has added that Bernardeschi – who was described as a player who has “a blistering change of pace, quick feet and a magic wand of a left foot” by Juventus on their official website when they signed him in 2017 – feels ready to play in the Premier League if he leaves Juventus.

According to WhoScored, the Italy international has made nine starts and nine substitute appearances in Serie A, and has scored one goal in five Champions League matches for the Bianconeri so far this season.
