Can Arsenal make it five Premier League wins in a row when they take on Burnley this Sunday?

After another impressive win in midweek, Arsenal turn their sights back to the Premier League with a trip to Turf Moor and newly-promoted Burnley.

Arsenal currently sit third in the table, five points off a flawless Manchester City, and one point behind North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur. With first facing second this weekend, Arsenal have the opportunity to prove their title credentials by extending their winning run to five Premier League games.

Arsenal have often slipped up in these sorts of games, especially after the exertion of the Champions League, but Arsene Wenger will know that if his side can continue to produce the intensity displayed against Chelsea and Basel, the Gunners will have too much for Sean Dyche’s men.

Petr Cech will return to the line-up as the only change in an increasingly formidable back five, with Shkodran Mustafi and Laurent Koscielny’s impressive partnership likely to continue. Nacho Monreal was replaced by Kieran Gibbs in the latter stages of the Champions League tie against Basel, but looks set to continue on the left this weekend, with compatriot Hector Bellerin providing pace and width on the right.

With Francis Coquelin out until after the international break, Arsenal fans are likely to be happy that Granit Xhaka will get the nod alongside Santi Cazorla in the middle of the park, with the Swiss midfield General impressing since making his £35 million move in the summer.

Alex Iwobi has impressed on the left hand side of the Arsenal front three, and will keep his place in a fluid attacking line-up that is completed by Mesut Özil and a reinvigorated Theo Walcott, sitting behind the industrious Alexis Sanchez.

It is unlikely that Arsene Wenger will tamper too much with the current winning formula, and with the International break coming up, he is unlikely to rest any of his key players.

Olivier Giroud and Aaron Ramsey are still out injured, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain currently sits behind Iwobi and Walcott in the pecking order. Lucas Perez will likely make an appearance from the bench as he continues to bed into the Arsenal squad.
