Arsenal take on Liverpool in the Premier League this evening as Mikel Arteta looks for a third straight victory.

The Gunners have opened their season with two wins, beating London rivals Fulham and West Ham United in a fine start.

A trip to Anfield is much trickier than those games though, and Arteta will be trying to figure out a way to beat Jurgen Klopp’s side and break their sensational home form.

We’re expecting Bernd Leno to start between the sticks, whilst it sounds like Kieran Tierney will be fit to play having missed out against West Ham.

Gabriel and Rob Holding can make up the rest of the back three, with Hector Bellerin as the right-sided wing back.

The left-sided wing back is a tricky one; Bukayo Saka played well there last week, but Ainsley Maitland-Niles has been trusted in that role in big games.

We’ve gone with Maitland-Niles to start tonight, as his ability as a right-footed player helped combat Riyad Mahrez in the FA Cup semi-finals, and it could help with Mohamed Salah too.

Granit Xhaka is likely to start in midfield, whilst Mohamed Elneny could be a more combative option than Dani Ceballos, and impressed against Liverpool in the Community Shield last month.

Alexandre Lacazette’s goalscoring form may keep him in the side ahead of Eddie Nketiah, whilst Willian and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang should keep their spots out wide.

Saka, Ceballos and Nketiah would likely be on the bench, alongside new signing Runar Runarsson, David Luiz, Reiss Nelson and Nicolas Pepe.
