Arsenal midfielder Daniel Ceballos has dismissed speculation that he was involved in a training ground bust-up with his teammate David Luiz, according to his post on Twitter.
The Athletic reported on Thursday that last week Luiz hit his Arsenal teammate Ceballos, signed on loan from Real Madrid in the summer of 2020, on the nose.
The report added that the two players apologised when the squad returned on Tuesday, with training continuing as normal this week.
Ceballos, who spent the 2019-20 campaign on loan at Arsenal from Madrid as well, has said that it is ‘fake’ news.

Arsenal were not in the greatest of form when the Premier League paused due to international matches just under two weeks ago.
The Gunners will be determined to put together a run of positive results in the coming weeks and enhance their chances of finishing in the top four of the league table this season.
The North London club will return to action on Sunday evening when they take on Leeds United away from home at Elland Road in the Premier League.
