Arsenal are turning to Ajax star Mohammed Kudus as they seek to add another right-sided attacker this summer.
Ajax star Mohammed Kudus could follow Jurrien Timber in leaving Amsterdam for a move to Arsenal.
That is according to the Daily Mail, who claim that Arsenal are now interested in bringing Kudus to the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal would like to add a right-sided attacker this summer according to Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth just a few days ago.
Bukayo Saka has nailed down that role but Arsenal clearly want another option to ease the workload on the England star.
Kudus is the man who seems to be emerging as a candidate for that role but his versatility will be very appealing.
The 22-year-old excelled as a right-sided winger for Ghana at the World Cup but has played in many more positions.
Kudus has featured as a number 10, a false nine and as a deeper midfielder as his all-round game has shone in Amsterdam.

It’s suggested that Ajax will seek around £40million for Kudus, though Arsenal may need to focus on selling players first.
We would see the likes of Cedric Soares, Rob Holding, Nuno Tavares, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Thomas Partey and Nicolas Pepe move on this summer.
Arsenal may then go for Kudus, who has the versatility to play all over the pitch under Mikel Arteta.

Mohammed Kudus knows Jurrien Timber very well
Kudus – hailed as ‘really special’ by Dutch striker Tom van Weert – may well be tempted by a potential move to Arsenal.
After all, he has just watched Ajax teammate Jurrien Timber complete a big move to Arsenal.
According to Transfermarkt, Dusan Tadic is the only player Kudus has played more games alongside than Timber.
Kudus and Timber have turned out 72 times together and won an impressive 47 of those games.
Ajax drew 14 times and lost just 11 games with Kudus and Timber in the lineup together.
Arsenal would love to reunite them in North London and will hope to see the wins pile up for them just as they did for Ajax.
