Newcastle United are interested in signing Eddie Nketiah from Premier League rivals Arsenal in the January transfer window, according to 90min.
The report has claimed that Newcastle have made contact with Arsenal over a potential deal for striker Nketiah this month.
Eddie Howe’s side have also asked the Gunners about Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
What should Arsenal do about Eddie Nketiah?
In our opinion, if Newcastle make a decent offer for Nketiah, then Arsenal should sell him.
Now.
The 22-year-old striker is out of contract at Arsenal at the end of the season.
No new deal is in place at the moment.

It does not seem likely that the former Leeds United loanee will put pen to paper on a new deal.
So, in our opinion, Arsenal should cash in on the striker and get some transfer fee in.
Also, it’s not as if Nketiah is a key figure in manager Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal team now.
The Arsenal no. 30 has made only three substitute appearances in the Premier League so far this season.
That’s a total of just 38 minutes.
We do not think that Nketiah would be a big miss for Arsenal, either now or in the future.
