Arsenal want Mykhaylo Mudryk and the Shakhtar Donetsk winger left pundit Chris Sutton absolutely dazzled against Celtic.
Shakhtar headed to Scotland on Tuesday night as they took on Celtic in their penultimate Champions League group stage game.
European nights at Celtic Park are always special and this one looked like being a big night when Giorgos Giakoumakis opened the scoring for the Bhoys.
Shakhtar claimed a deserved point in the end though as a superb run and finish from wide man Mudryk handed the Ukrainians a point.

Arsenal want Mykhaylo Mudryk
It was no surprise that Mudryk was the man who hauled Shakhtar back into the game.
Mudryk has become one of the top young wingers in Europe having absolutely dazzled in the Champions League.
The 21-year-old scored against Celtic in the reverse fixture and also ripped RB Leipzig apart in Shakhtar’s opening group stage game.
Mudryk has bagged there goals and two assists in five Champions League games this season, as well as three goals and five assists in six league games.
Fast, direct and so dangerous when cutting inside, Mudryk blew pundit Chris Sutton away Tuesday night.
Sutton told BT Sport that he felt Mudryk was a threat all night long and ultimately deserved his goal.
Sutton added that Mudryk’s strike was ‘brilliant’ and left Joe Hart with no chance, adding that the winger is clearly an ‘outstanding young talent’.
“He’s been a threat all evening hasn’t he?” said Sutton. “As soon as he faces Juranovic up, you know he’s going to take him on. He comes on the inside and then he still has so much to do.”
“He hammers the ball in from 22, 23 yards out, Joe Hart has absolutely no chance. It’s a brilliant goal from an outstanding young talent,” he added.
You can be sure that scouts from around the world were watching this game and Arsenal may well have taken the chance to have a look.
The Gunners were really keen on Mudryk before the summer transfer deadline and Fabrizio Romano claimed that they asked for information about a deal.
It doesn’t sound like the move is dead though as The Athletic reported in September that Arsenal scouts have compiled very positive reports about Mudryk.
If Arsenal were fans of Mudryk then, we can only imagine that they are head over heels for him now.
Sutton’s verdict only adds to the hype around Mudryk and Arsenal would be wise to look into a January move.
